Our talented Home Care professionals work as a team with clients, their families, and their providers to help clients achieve their individualized goals.

We are currently hiring a Physical Therapist able to work:

· Part-time 24+ hours per week

· Monday - Friday flexible hours

· Rotating call every 6th Saturday

· Starting wage $33.00/hour to $38.00/hour DOE

· Travel Stipend also available.

Physical Therapist Home Care

· As a Physical Therapist in Home Health, you are the case manager for every client you open. You provide and direct the care prescribed by the physician or other primary care provider.

· You work in a highly collaborative environment, coordinating with other skilled clinicians, paraprofessionals, agency personnel, physicians, midlevel providers, and community resources to make a difference in the lives of your clients.
