Shift: Days / 8a-5p, 8x5, 40 hrs per week, M-F

Length: 13 weeks

Requirements:

• AK License
• 2 years experience
• Must have Bachelor's degree from an Accredited program in Physical Therapy
• BLS

• EMR Used: Cerner
• TRAVELERS ARE REQUIRED TO SHOW PROOF OF COMPLETED COVID VACCINATIONS
