• Responsible for the provision of physical therapy consultation, evaluation, and services to clients.
• Provide treatment in the areas of motor function and development, mobility, and ambulation skills.
• Assess the need for adaptive equipment, mobility aids, seating and positioning systems, and therapy interventions as needed.
• Complete reports or assessments/evaluations and progress notes utilizing the facility's approved documentation forms in the resident’s chart.
• Perform care consistent with the scope of licensure and in accordance with the facility's policies and procedures.
• Work effectively with fellow medical staff and treatment team members. 
• Adhere to all local/state/federal regulations, codes, policies, and procedures while delivering optimal patient care. 
• Comply with all best practice standards for services to people with intellectual disabilities.
• Any other duties as assigned.
