Form of workSpiriTrust Lutheran is now hiring a PRN Physical Therapy Assistant.
Required: Licensed to perform as a Physical Therapy Assistant in Pennsylvania, Certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant from a two-year college level program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association. Current CPR certification within three (3) months of employment.
Experience: A minimum of one (1) year of related experience working with the frail or elderly population.
General Responsibilities:
- Responsible for providing physical therapy services in an effective and efficient manner to clients admitted for care by the agency.
- Coordinates work within the department, complying with operating policies and procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Communicates with appropriate personnel and responds to inquiries or requests for information
- Maintains appropriate records and providing assigned reports.
