Physical Therapist

Due to company growth, we are eagerly seeking a compassionate full-time Physical Therapist (PT) in the Dayton, OH area!

Total Care Therapy is a therapist owned and operated company providing Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Speech Therapy in the home and assisted living setting in 14 counties. This position is largely assisted-living based, with flexibility needed to follow patients in order to ensure continuity of care.

Responsibilities:

• Performing starts of care and initial evaluations
• Performing subsequent follow-up visits
• Supervising Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs)
• Utilization of a universal electronic documentation system
• Providing therapy in a Senior Living Environment and within the community

Qualifications:

• Active Physical Therapist license in Ohio
• Previous home-care experience preferred
• Ability to travel to facilities and patients when needed
• Compensation is negotiable and experience based - paid per visit or by base salary
