- Evaluation, treatment of clients, including additional tasks to provide patient care.
- Evaluation writing.
- Goal writing.
- Letters of medical necessity.
- Treatment notes.
- Re-evaluations.
- Screening.
Providing all clients with a home exercise program including:
- Creating individualized home exercise programs.
- Appropriately utilizing electronic home exercise program library.
Submitting appropriate charges in a timely manner including:
- Utilizing appropriate documentation guidelines to support charges.
- Communicating with billing staff regarding questions.
Maintaining cleanliness and organization of office and treatment space:
- Daily responsibility in individual treatment space.
- Gym clean process participation.
- Identification and report of any concerns.
Maintaining permanent schedules including but not limited to:
- Providing communication and education to parents.
- Rescheduling clients.
- Coordinating and communicating with front desk staff.
- Creating relationships with families and within the clinic.
Verify that weekly schedules are correct including but not limited to:
- Communication with parents.
- Documentation within Fusion.
- Communication with front desk staff.
- Participation in in-services and continuing education courses.
- Development of new programs to be offered by Great Kids Therapy.
- Hosting of volunteers, observers and students.
Activities to support and promote community awareness including but not limited to:
- Speaking to parent support groups.
- Participation in weekend playgroups.
Responsible for maintaining a high quality of care including but not limited to:
- Appropriately making internal referrals.
- Communication with physicians and ancillary professionals.
- Staying up to date on current research.
- Demonstrating competence in skills.
- Identifying when training is needed and seeking assistance.
- Responsible for maintaining expected statistics.
- Determining a condition weekly.
- Actively initiating a plan to control them.
- Track personally and report and discrepancies immediately.
- Submit PTO and continuing education requests.
- Communicating to manager when support is wanted or needed.
- All therapists must follow the policies and procedures outlined by Great Kids Therapy, Ltd.
- Participation in any task that is in-line with the mission of Great Kids Therapy.
- Licensed in the state of North Dakota/Minnesota.
