```Job Summary```
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Physical Therapist, you will work with patients to help them regain movement and manage pain following an injury or illness. You will be responsible for assessing patients' conditions, developing personalized treatment plans, and providing hands-on therapy to improve their physical well-being.
```Duties```
- Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' medical histories and physical conditions
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
- Implement therapeutic exercises and techniques to improve mobility, strength, and range of motion
- Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Educate patients and their families on proper techniques for at-home exercises and self-care
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes
```Qualifications```
- Valid state license or certification as a Physical Therapist
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
- Experience in a hospital or acute care setting is preferred
- Experience working with pediatric patients is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
