Physical Therapist

Physical Therapist Qualifications:

• A Bachelor, Master, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school of Physical Therapy
• Licensed by the KS State Board of Healing Arts
• 1-2 years of PT experience preferred with strong orthopedic background utilizing functional assessment and corrective strategies.

Essential Functions:

• Evaluate/Assess patients and assign movement diagnosis and mechanical diagnosis
• Implement effective Physical Therapy treatment plan aimed at restoring function and achieving patient goals.
• Maintain daily electronic medical records
• Work closely with dynamic, motivated team of Physical Therapists, athletic trainers, orthopedic surgeons, podiatrist, Doctors, and mid-level providers
• Communicate with referring physicians/providers regarding PT care and treatment plan
