This position is in charge of delivering physical therapy treatments to patients to help them feel less pain and move around better as well as developing their health and fitness plans.

$45 - $55 hourly
Responsibilities:- Perform physical therapy as directed by a doctor to reduce pain and improve mobility for patients
- Evaluate and interpret findings from the patient's tests results and assessments
- Keep records of the patient's medical history and follow all rules, regulations, and protocols
- Design therapeutic strategies that integrate many approaches and techniques to meet individual patient needs
- Ask patients about their physical status, including any injuries or mobility concerns
- Consult and collaborate with other healthcare professionals
- Establish a plan of care including long and short-term goals, frequency, duration, and treatment modalities and/or manual therapy for each patient
- Provide comprehensive treatment to patients utilizing modalities and/or manual therapy and modify patient treatment as indicated while adhering to precautions
- This position requires excellent analytical skills, communication skills, and observational skills
- Must have a current state license to practice in the state you reside in
- Previous experience working with patients in a healthcare environment is highly desired
- Passage of the National Physical Therapy Exam (NPTE) is required for this position
- Must have a bachelor’s degree or higher and a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT)
