Overview:

Qualified external applicants with at least one year of experience may be eligible for a sign on bonus up to $15,000!*

Applicants with less than one year of experience may be eligible to receive a $7,500 sign on!  You must be hired into a Full-Time or Part-time position to be eligible; PRN positions are not eligible.*Some exclusions may apply.

In this role as a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for a continuum of services providing care to patients with neuromuscular, orthopedic and other physically-related disorders requiring mobility training, strengthening, modalities, specialized manual therapy and neuromuscular reeducation. You will also utilizes rehab process to promote and restore optimal health and well-being of the patient. While in this position you will assume personal accountability for organizational mission and core values.

Qualifications:

In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:

• Previous work experience providing direct patient care in outpatient, inpatient or inpatient rehab unit preferred
• Prior use of electronic medical records (EMR), preferred
• Bachelor Degree in Physical Therapy required
• Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy, preferred
• Current Colorado state licensure as a Physical Therapist required
• BLS through the American Heart Association required
• Trigger Point Dry Needling (REQUIRED)

Physical Requirements-Exert up to 50lbs force occasionally, and/or up to 20lbs frequently, and/or up to 10lbs constantly.  

 

This role will be working at our Woodland Park location.  We need a therapist to cover 9:00am - 6:00pm Monday through Friday.  This role is a community-oriented setting.  This role works with another PT and PTA.  We do prefer 2-3 years of experience.

Pay Range:

$33.43 - $56.79 / hour
