Physical Therapist

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Physical Therapist, you will work with patients of all ages to provide therapeutic interventions aimed at improving mobility, relieving pain, and restoring function. Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to evaluate patients' physical condition and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement therapeutic exercises and techniques to improve strength, range of motion, and coordination
- Provide manual therapy interventions such as trigger point therapy and joint mobilization
- Educate patients on proper body mechanics and exercises for at-home care
- Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient evaluations, progress notes, and treatment plans

Requirements:
- Valid state license or certification as a Physical Therapist in NC
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
- Experience working with pediatric patients is preferred

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $60.00 - $64.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• PT: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:

• Physical Therapy License (Required)
• BLS Certification (Required)

Ability to Commute:

• Mount Olive, NC 28365 (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

• Mount Olive, NC 28365: Relocate before starting work (Required)
