At TrueCore Behavioral Solutions, our mission is to empower individuals, families, and communities to discover their true potential. In this position, you would contribute to this mission by overseeing daily Physical Plant needs; providing work related to inspection, repair, and maintenance, of house hold, office, and buildings, including equipment, appliances, machinery, and furnishings; providing routine and preventative maintenance/repairs. Primary function in this role is to maintain the grounds, ie Mowing, trimming ect. This position requires compassion, empathy, patience, and a true passion for working with youth. The goal is to help at-risk youth get out of their programs and become successful young adults with your help. We use evidence-based practices and believe in quality treatment and improvement for our clients. We also offer amazing career growth opportunities within the company.

Requirements:
- Must be 21 years of age or older
