- Dates of Coverage: 06/10/2024-06/21/2024; 07/01/2024-07/19/2024
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM
- Job Setting: Clinic
- Types of Cases: Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM &R) patients, rounding and providing care.
- Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days to credential, but is able to offer emergency privileges for a candidate with a clean background
- Must Have an Active South Carolina License
- Electronic Medical Records (EMR): EPIC
- Board Eligible within 5 years of completion or Board Certified
