Candidates must meet the following qualifications: Bachelors or higher degree with emphasis in academic major or minor subject matter field commonly taught in secondary grade levels. Possession of a valid California Single Subject Teaching Credential for assigned teaching position. Successful completion of student teaching at a recognized college or university including one year in secondary level.
