We are a local event-based production company with our main focus being in the wedding industry. While we have a proven track record of excellence, the only thing we are missing from continued growth is more great people that have the leadership skills and a passion for teaching others to be great photographers and videographers to run our regional offices.
We are looking for a ROCKSTAR photographer or videographer to join our team, grow with us, and then run one of our branches. Each year, we receive hundreds of applications for training and shooting with our team, and only the best ever get to shoot with us. We are looking for someone to shoot with, train, and manage these team members in their region.
We operate in several cities and the full-time manager position will be in one of our cities listed below. However, all of the training will be completed in Tulsa, OK, and the applicant chosen MUST TEMPORARILY move to Tulsa, OK for 6-18 months for training and to be fully immersed in our culture, and how we want to consistently WOW out clients. Compensation:
- Income of $50,000 - $85,000 annually, based on skill and value brought to the team
- Income increases are dependent on growth in your region. If you can build and maintain an excellent team of shooters, your region will continue to expand, book more events, and your salary will increase.

Qualifications:
- Must have advanced photography and videography skills
- Knowledge on how to manage an office environment and schedule
- The ability to manage your own time efficiently
- The ability to communicate effectively, build rapport with vendors and shooters, and make sound judgements on who best represents your team.
- Editing skills are not required, but you will be given a crash course on editing both photo and video.
- Experience in marketing is not required but is a plus
