The Pay:

For our PB staff, the starting pay is $200-$250 per event. An average day is 8-10 hours.

Our full-time Photo Booth & event manager positions range from $25,000 - $50,000 and include a health insurance stipend, paid vacations & holidays, additional bonus opportunities, company outings, and a company IRA match (after 1-year). Our DJs can also earn more with a larger workload of weddings & eventa also.

The Commitment:

The minimum commitment we ask of our team is working 20 weddings & events each year. For training and onboarding, you'll have two non-paid classroom sessions to learn the equipment, followed by one non-paid shadowing at an event. Your second shadowing for training will be paid.

Once training is complete, you'll be able to choose what dates you want to work. About 80% of events happen on Saturdays, with the other 20% happening on Fridays and Sundays. There are some events Monday-Thursday, but they are rare.

You are able to book your schedule months out in advance. And you can always pick up work on short-notice also when we have last-minute bookings.

Applicants must also have reliable transportation, and be able to transport Photo Booth equipment in their vehicle to and from events. You must also be able to lift equipment in the 25-40 pound range to shoulder height.

Who We Want:

We're looking for individuals who are organized, dependable, strong communicators, love music & events, and are passionate about building relationships and helping people on big days. 75% of our business is doing weddings, so you must truly enjoy all things wedding-related and working closely with couples and other event professionals.

We provide all training on equipment, event structure/execution, and the entire Photo Booth process from booking through event completion. What we cannot teach and are looking for is personality, attitude, character, communication, organization, and a love of music and people. We’re only looking for the best people and those willing to be coached.

In addition to Photo Booths, we also have Cold Spark Firework machines, C02 Cannons, Dancing in the Clouds machines, and other event enhancements for which Photo Booth & Event Managers have the opportunity to help operate & oversee.
