Phone/Counter

```Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Phone/Counter staff member. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking phone orders, and assisting customers at the counter. Duties:
- Take phone orders and ensure accuracy of customer requests
- Greet customers at the counter and assist with their orders
- Provide recommendations on menu items and answer customer inquiries
- Process payments and handle cash transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter area
- Assist with food preparation and assembly as needed
- Follow food safety guidelines and ensure proper handling of ingredients
- Bus tables and maintain cleanliness in the dining area
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely order fulfillment

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in food service or customer service roles is preferred
- Knowledge of basic math skills for cash handling purposes
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of culinary techniques and food preparation
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and practices

Skills:
- Food handling: Ability to safely handle and prepare food items according to established guidelines.
- Sales: Proficient in upselling techniques and providing excellent customer service to drive sales.
- Culinary: Basic knowledge of culinary techniques, ingredients, and flavors.
- Food safety: Understanding of proper food handling procedures to maintain health and safety standards.
- Time management: Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Food service: Experience in providing exceptional customer service in a food service setting.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.48 - $21.06 per hour
