We are seeking a friendly and professional Phone Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team at Unicodez. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients, partners, and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure smooth operations in our office.
Responsibilities:
Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a courteous and professional manner.
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors upon their arrival at the office.
Provide information about the company's products, services, and office policies.
Manage and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries.
Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference calls for staff members.
Assist with general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and photocopying.
Coordinate office supplies and equipment orders, ensuring adequate stock levels.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in common areas, such as the reception area and conference rooms.
Assist with special projects and events, as needed.
Adhere to company policies and procedures, including confidentiality guidelines.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.98 - $23.45 per hour
