REMOTE - WORK from HOME

Bilingual Customer Service Representatives fluent in Spanish and English receive inbound calls and provide exceptional Customer Service to consumers in the magazine and products industry. This includes responding to product and service inquiries, processing payments, updating accounts and up-selling customers from around the globe.  

 We are looking for someone to provide excellent Customer Service via in-bound telephone calls (includes upsell/cross-sell offers). Continually performs and meets performance standards of this position.  
Do you have any experience in the Customer Service field either in retail, hospitality, restaurant, clerical work, or call center? If so, then we can train you!

Can you provide a clean, safe, noise-free work space and high speed internet connection? Computer and peripherals will be provided by CDS Global.  
This position will be working from home. You must live within the state of Iowa, preference within 60 miles of 1 of our locations in; Boone, Harlan or Des Moines.

What You Will Do...                    

Customer Service Representatives receive inbound calls and provide exceptional Customer Service to consumers in the magazine and products industry. This includes responding to product and service inquiries, processing payments, updating accounts and up-selling customers from around the globe.

Skills You Need...
Technical Skills
  • Minimum typing requirements of 20 wpm
  • Simultaneously navigate multiple PC screens and systems
Communication Skills
  • Passionate about helping others
  • Speak in a pleasant tone, retain composure and gain confidence of the customer
  • Proficient ability to read, write and speak the English/Spanish language
Problem Solving Skills
  • Identify and anticipate customer needs
  • Effectively prioritize work time to ensure productivity standards are achieved
  • Comfortable working under pressure
Customer Focus
  • Make customers feel valued and appreciated
  • Attitude to thrive in a fast paced, challenging, team-oriented culture
  • Customer Service background or experience working with people
Commitment
  • Paid training:
    June 5-16 Monday - Friday,  Time to be determined
  • A fixed 20-40 hour work schedule determined during the interview process. Minimum of 20 hours/week.
  • Work Schedule Options Include hours between:
    Saturday 8am-4pm 
    Monday - Friday 7am-8pm

Salary...

  • Base wage = $15.50/hour   Plus applicable Shift Differential!
Shift Differential 
2nd Shift = $.75 for each paid hour if 50% or more of scheduled hours occur between 4pm-12am on a routine and reoccurring basis.
Weekend Shift = $3.75/hour for hours worked between 3am Saturday to 11pm Sunday.
