Phone Clerk Responsibilities:
- Timely and accurate answering of incoming customer inquiries
- Thorough documentation of phone calls into system
- Verifying and updating customer information
- Sending out forms requested by customers via mail
- Other administrative tasks as assigned
- 1+ years customer service experience (phone-based is preferred)
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to pass eSkills assessment for spelling, grammar, and typing
- Experience documenting customer information into database
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- $22.00 per hour
