State Credit Union in need of a phone center Customer Service Representative to assist members on services offered. All applicants must have at least 1 yr experience in a related financial institution position and should be well organized, have the ability to efficiently multi-task, possess exceptional communication and computer skills, and be able to consistently handle difficult customer issues.
