We are looking for an Phlebotomy instructor who can bring compassion to the classroom.
We provide educational programs that deliver real-life career skills in high demand occupations that lead to employment upon graduation and a lifetime of professional growth.
Job details:
- Interact with students regarding the progress of students in your class.
- Monitor the behavior of students’ academic setting, monitor classroom operation in terms of absenteeism, tardiness, and discipline.
- Develop and explain a method that fairly measures student progress toward course objectives.
- Evaluate student performance fairly and consistently and return student work promptly to promote maximum learning.
- Prepare complete course syllabus
- Follow approved policies and procedures in the conduct of all instruction activities.
- Demonstrate sensitivity to student needs and circumstances.
- Tutoring and academic counseling of students.
Requirements:
- Highly organized , motivated, and results driven
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- At least three years of experience in the field of Phlebotomy
- National Certification in Medical Assisting or Phlebotomy Technician
- Bilingual Spanish or Creole preferred, but not required
- Teaching Certification
