SalaryCentral New Jersey Laboratory seeking an experienced full time Phlebotomist in our location in Flemington, New Jersey.
As a Phlebotomist you will perform the following daily activities:
Perform daily phlebotomy activities
Collect accurate and complete blood specimens from patients in a timely manner
Maintain a safe and professional environment
Maintain required records and documentation
Follow laboratory policies and procedures and Federal/State regulations
Must be able to work independently and have attention to detail/order accuracy and be capable of multitasking
Promote a positive image to patients, clients and employees
The right candidate will have these qualifications:
Must have no less than 2 years experience with collection from various age groups
Able to grasp a firm understanding of the importance of compliance and safety
Patient-interaction experience, customer-service-minded individual
Expect to work with a large number of patients varying in age and health status
Be friendly, courteous and sympathetic when it comes to working with patients
Must have EXCELLENT customer service skill - will be interacting not only with patients, will be working directly with the client
Must be comfortable with fast-paced work environment, multi-tasking

Pay: $20.00 per hour
