- Minimum Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum Experience: Successful completion of on the job training, including at least a course of study in Medical terminology or Anatomy and Physiology or similar related topics
- License, Certification, Registration: ASCP Board of Registry Phlebotomy Technician certification, or equivalent national certification must be obtained within one year.
- Equipment/Tools: General Lab equipment and maintenance
- Specialized Knowledge and Skills: Work with computers and instrumentation.
