WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Pharmacy Workflow Technician (Portland, OR)
The Pharmacy Workflow Technician is responsible for picking, filling and packaging/shipping prescription orders accurately and timely on a daily basis.
This position is a full-time on-site role based at our Pharmacy Warehouse near Gresham, OR. This position requires 40 hours per week, typically Monday-Friday shift from 7:30 am-4:00 pm with a rotating Saturday from 6:30 am-3:00 pm.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Assist the pharmacist with daily order dispensing in accordance with pharmacy policies and procedures
Pull stock to fill and label prescription orders
Package and ship orders
Assist the pharmacist with pre-packaging operations
Restock and clean stations
Daily workflow preparation (preparing pharmacy for following day shift)
Participate in weekly team meetings
Occasional box making, assembly of box carts
Rotate between stations within pharmacy
May be required to work an occasional Saturday
Other duties as assigned
WHAT YOU BRING
High School diploma or G.E.D.
Must be currently licensed as a certified Pharmacy Technician or Licensed Pharmacy Technician in the State of Oregon

Dispensing skills: accurate, efficient, and detail oriented
Problem solving skills: adaptable, thorough, and innovative
Must adhere to policies and procedures, be accountable, and be committed to continuous quality improvement

Ability to work and maintain accuracy in a fast paced environment
Working Conditions:
Noise level in work area is normally quiet to moderate
Environment where dogs could be present in office and break areas of building
Warehouse type environment
Physical Demands:
Ability to stand and work at a computer for long periods of time
Lifting up to 25 lbs
Frequently standing, walking, scanning, reaching
Occasionally carrying, pushing, pulling, and bending
Noise level in work area is normally quiet to moderate
Environment where dogs could be present
