The Pharmacy Technician Specialist is an advanced Pharmacy Technician role responsible for providing pharmacy services,
including, but not limited to:

  • preparing and distributing pharmaceuticals
  • performing inventory control
  • conducting regulatory compliance audits and financial transactiong
  • providing customer service through medication access assistance or digital pharmacy care
  • maintaining pharmacy records and implementation of automated drug cabinet strategies

The Pharmacy Technician Specialist works as part of an interdisciplinary patient care team. The Pharmacy Technician Specialist is designed to utilize advanced knowledge and competency while performing pharmacy functions.

Qualifications:

In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:

  • Four (4) years experience as a Pharmacy Technician or Equivalent
  • High School Diploma/GED required 
  • Active Pharmacy Technician License (Kansas), Certification (Colorado) required 

Physical Requirements: Sedentary work -(prolonged periods of sitting and exert up to 10lbs force occasionally

Pay Range:$24.13 - $39.46 / hour
