Position Summary:
Responsible for implementing the functional part of the drug distribution system under the direct and immediate supervision of a registered pharmacist. Primary responsibilities include medication order filling, unit restocking, unit dose processing, IV admixture and charge/crediting functions. Additional tasks including cardiopelegia solution and PCA syringe preparation as well automated dispensing machine administrative tasks. This position also requires completion of assigned projects as assigned by Pharmacy Administration on an as needed basis Performs only such duties as permitted by law and regulated by the State Board of Pharmacy.

- Computer processing skills
- Demonstrates ability to prepare cardiopelegia solution, PCA syringe & bladder irrigation syringe
- Math skills.
- Three years service at Wuesthoff Hospital Pharmacy as a Pharmacy Technician.

- Previous hospital Pharmacy Technician experience.
- Typing skills
