Pharmacy Technician - Full Time

The Pharmacy Technician assists the professional staff in processing and delivering drug orders and medications. The Pharmacy Technician is responsible for meeting and maintaining established medical and pharmacy protocols. At a minimum, must perform established Washington Health System Core Pharmacy Technician Skills & Responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

1. Accountable and responsible for entering physician’s orders, processing, and delivering medications, and maintain a working inventory of medications and supplies.
2. Demonstrates competency and completes all technical skills and patient care procedures as delegated according to established Washington Health System Core Pharmacy Technician Skills & Responsibilities.
3. Accurately reports information to members of the Pharmacy Department team and other members of Washington Health System.

Shift: 8 hour shifts; shifts are between 7AM-5PM. Must be able to work all shifts. Rotating weekends and holidays.
