```Duties```
- Assist pharmacists in dispensing medications and providing patient care
- Prepare and package medications for dispensing
- Maintain accurate patient records and prescription information
- Answer phone calls and address customer inquiries
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Follow proper medication storage and handling procedures
- Adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards

- Patient service: Ability to provide excellent customer service and address patient needs effectively
- Patient care: Knowledge of patient care principles and ability to prioritize patient well-being
- Pharmacy knowledge: Strong understanding of pharmacy practices, procedures, and regulations
- Pharmacy technician certification: Possess a valid Pharmacy Technician certification or be willing to obtain one
