Job Title: Pharmacy Technician
Location: Addison, TX
Pay: $22.00-$26.00
Schedule: Mon - Fri, Flexibility for shifts between 8am-8pm (Shifts)
Training: Mon-Fri, 9am-5:30pm (2/3 weeks)
Job Description:
Track and process various pharmacy and medical claim reports to identify current users of specialty drugs
Accurately and efficiently enter claims data in Salesforce
Identify program participants and completes intake preparation by verifying plan eligibility and creating: contacts, cases, referrals, and tasks in Salesforce
Submit alternate funding billing and override information to the dispensing specialty pharmacy
Research pharmacy and medical benefits in order to process benefit overrides
Enter (or submit) override details in the PBM claim system and informs the dispensing pharmacy when to reprocess claims
Utilize access to multiple PBM claim systems to identify new members, verify eligibility, enter overrides and investigating claim issues
Verify that PBM claims are processing per implementation guidelines
Requirements:
**CPhT or PTCB Certification preferred**
Minimum 3+ years of PBM, pharmacy operations, or claims processing experience required;
Minimum 2 years of recent dispensing and claims adjudication experience
Strong analytical, planning, organizational, communication, and time management skills;
Spanish Bilingual is a plus
