Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Pharmacy Tech-Fulfillment to join our team. You will be responsible for preparing and labeling prescriptions, counting, weighing, measuring, and pouring prescription medication or stock legend drugs and controlled substances including the filling of an automated medication system. Your duties will also include utilizing the pharmacy's adjudication platform, entering required information in order to record all legal requirements for preparation of prescription verification by Pharmacist. Your responsibility will also include arranging work activities so that the pharmaceutical needs of customers are met, answering phones, responding to questions and requests or referring them to appropriate staff for medication information. You will be verifying data entry information and maintaining records by recording and filling physician's orders and prescriptions. You will also check medications and administration supply inventory for out of date products, remove products from inventory and work with the appropriate resource to record out of date products.

This is a contract position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in DORAL, FL.

Work Environment

You will be working in a closed-door fulfillment pharmacy in Doral, FL. The environment is predominantly Spanish-speaking and fast-paced. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, with two shifts: 7am - 3:30 pm and 9:30am - 6 pm. Shifts rotate biweekly.
