The Drug Claim Payment Integrity Support Specialist is responsible for validating member eligibility and various other tasks which support the Drug Claim Payment Integrity Division.
Hours: Day shift, 40-hour work weeks. During training, 8am - 5pm. Flexible schedule options available between 7am - 7pm after six months of employment.
Setting: : Professional office environment (remote opportunity available after six months of employment based on performance).

Responsibilities
- Accesses multiple systems to validate eligibility information
- Process checks for the Drug Claim Payment Integrity Division
- Processes incoming mail
- Performs administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education
- Ability to navigate multiple electronic healthcare systems is required
- Ability to work well independently in fast-paced or in a team environment
- Very strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Word and Excel proficiency required
