Evening shifts are starting at 1p or 3p and go for 8 hours.
Night shifts could be 8 hours as well, starting at 9 and going until 530a.
- Weekend requirements: Every other
- Any other specifics for shift or unit details: MN pharmacist license required. Would also highly prefer if they had WI pharmacist license since we verify orders for a few smaller WI sites during this shift.
- Small to mid-size hospital pharmacy, which also remote verifies for 7 other small regional hospitals after hours. Will have a partner pharmacist on the overnight shift to split the work. ER, Med-Surg, SCU, Family Birth and regional hospital verification are the primary patient populations covered.

- Pharmacist - Dosing Experience Required: Anticoagulants, Cardiac Dosing, Clinical Dosing, Geriatric Dosing, High Risk Medications, Pharmacokinetic Dosing, Renal Dosing, Therapeutic Med Monitoring, Warfarin Dosing
- Pharmacist - Intravenous Expereince Required: Antibiotics, IV Piggyback, IV Push medications, Sterile Technique
- Pharmacist - Pharmacotherapy management experience required: Cardiovascular, Endocrine, Gastrointestinal, Genitourinary, Hematologic, Immunologic, Infectious diseases, Neurologic, Psychiatric, Pulmonary, Renal
- Pharmacy Tech - Skills and Experience Required: Drug Interactions, Aseptic Technique, Intake, Interpretation, Data Entry, Labeling, Order Entry, Packaging, Prevent/Report medication errors, Verify Medication Orders
- Medication Dispensing System Experience preferred: Emergency Med Systems, User Access, Omnicell
- Epic Experience required
- Certifications/Licenses Required: PharmD, RPh, MN State License
- Certifications/Licenses Preferred: BLS, WI state license
- May need to make IVs as needed after hours. Needs to work well with partner pharmacist. Will be doing medication reconciliation, order verification for St. Francis and regionals (including Wisconsin sites). Troubleshooting hospital workflow issues. Answering and researching drug information questions.
