```Duties:``` - Oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy department - Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies - Provide excellent patient service and ensure customer satisfaction - Manage and supervise pharmacy staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling - Maintain accurate records of medications and inventory levels - Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide optimal patient care - Develop and implement quality assurance programs to ensure medication safety - Stay updated on current pharmacy practices and industry trends ```Requirements:``` - Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD degree from an accredited school of pharmacy - Valid pharmacist license in the state of employment - Strong knowledge of medical terminology and pharmaceutical calculations - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment - Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
