COAST CARE SERVICES LOOKING FOR QUALIFIED DISPATHCERS TO DISPATCH ROUTES

We are looking for a reliable Employees to Driver that deliver the routes, bag or box, close routes, create route sheets for drivers, check paperwork, tablets & vehicles upon return. Driving positions the driver is to deliver meds in a reasonable time. You will deliver medications and supplies in company vehicles. The ideal candidate must be primarily an excellent communicator and able to remain calm and composed, especially in any situation. You must be able to multi-task as well as take the appropriate action with little supervision. The goal is to dispatch routes in a timely manner and for you to be safe on the road. Clip boards, tablets and vehicles will be provided to right candidate. Paid training available. Looking for candidate to start ASAP!!!

Responsibilities

• deliver medication and supplies in a timely manner
• company vehicle
• Receive orders for products for deliveries
• paperwork
• must be able to work multiple shifts & weekends if possible
• Able to lift 30lbs ( hydro kits)
• Drivers must have cell phone to communicate with Dispatch
• Company vehicles are provided or driver can use own vehicle.
• Tablets provided to driver for signature of delivery.
• Able to communicate with dispatch when problems occur
• Must have roadside assistance
• Enter data in tablet system and maintain logs of activities and other information (route sheets)
• Must have clean driving record

Skills

• Proven experience as dispatcher or driver relevant position
• Drivers license required
• Knowledge of procedures and guideline for emergency situations
• Proficient in English (oral and written)
• Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities
• Active listener with excellent communication skills
• Sound judgement and critical thinking
• High school diploma

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
