BS Pharmacy or PharmD degree from an accredited college of pharmacy

Completion of PGY1 training

>= 3 years of experience in BMT/Oncology

Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.

Board Certification (BCOP)

Completion of PGY2 training in BMT/Oncology

Shift:Monday Friday dayshift.The coworker manages their own time to cover their assigned units.I would say as early as 7 am and as late as 5 pm.

Call Requirements: They are not necessarily on call, but expected to be available for questions from physicians/pharmacists after hours and on weekends. In the past, calls to them have not required them to come back on site (mostly consultative in nature).
