Adecco Medical & Science is hiring Pharmacy Clerks! This role is on site in Jeffersonville, IN. Please read below and apply with an updated resume for consideration:
Type: 3-month contract, with opportunity for extension or fulltime offer
Schedule: 2pm to 10:30pm on Monday through Thursday; 11am to 7:30pm on Fridays
Pay: $20 to $22 per hour
In this role, you'll be responsible for the proper packing, shipping, and material handling needed for the delivery of specialty prescriptions for our members to ensure contents arrive safely and on-time.
Positions in this function perform various duties related to the fulfillment of prescription orders.
Responsibilities of the Pharmacy Clerk:
• Processing, packing, and shipping outgoing pharmacy orders
• Warehouse duties, including proper storage of supplies
• Sorting and loading packages
• Restocking of supplies
• Following SOPs to complete job tasks
• Managing patient PHI
• Maintaining clean work areas
Qualifications for the Pharmacy Clerk:
· HS Diploma or GED
· Prior experience in shipping/receiving
· Ability to stand for the entire shift and ability to lift up to 50 pounds
· Proficiency with computer and Windows PC applications including ability to navigate and learn new and complex computer system applications
