SalaryLooking for a motivated and aggressive collection agent to add to our billing team. Must have a resume on hand with valid references. Full time position. Previous experience is preferred but not required, we offer training.

Responsibilities:
- Collecting on unpaid or denied claims
- Reconciling insurance responses to bills
- Answering insurance calls
- Obtaining Prior Authorizations (PA)
- Communicating with MD offices and Insurances regarding PA and/or prescription changes
- File maintenance/paperwork
Requirements:
- Available 40 hours/week for work
- Punctual/Reliable
- Strong communication and written skills
