Physical Requirements:

May include standing for greater than 5 hours at a time and possibly walking several miles per day. May require the ability to reach items above shoulder level and be able to lift up to 25 pounds.

Shift:

Primarily dayshift; Monday thru Friday. This is a hybrid position.

Job Summary:

The Pharmacy Assistance Program Specialist will lead the enrollment and maintenance processes for patients enrolled in Free Drug Programs managed through the Markey Access and Innovation Program. This individual will also support access related issues for oncology infusions, including health plan coverage, clinical pathway compliance, denial management, and financial toxicity mitigation strategies.
This is a hybrid position.

Preferred Education/Experience:

Prior experience with Pharmacy Assistance Programs related to oncology medications perferred.
