The Pharmacy department is seeking a Summer Intern to assist with financial analytics, supply chain management and administrative tasks. This intern’s responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Conduct research and analysis on topics such as the cost of care and financial reports
- Analyze and forecast costs, expenditures, and other relevant metrics using data reports
- Maintain data integrity to ensure accuracy and reliability
- Fulfill additional responsibilities or duties as assigned
- Applicants must be currently enrolled in a full-time accredited undergraduate or graduate program at a public or private College/University, and be in good academic standing at their institution
- Ideal candidates will be pursuing a degree in Supply Chain, Economics, healthcare administration or a similarly related field
- Work 37.5 hours per week and commit to a minimum of 375 hours for the duration of the internship
- Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (required)
- Detail-oriented and must be able to understand and explain processes
- Experience with Python, SQL preferred
