Pharmacist

```Job Summary```
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Pharmacist to join our team. As a Pharmacist, you will be responsible for dispensing medications and providing pharmaceutical care to patients. Your expertise and attention to detail will ensure the safe and effective use of medications.

```Duties```
- Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently
- Provide medication counseling to patients, including instructions on proper use, potential side effects, and drug interactions
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive medication therapy plans
- Monitor patient response to medication therapy and make appropriate adjustments as needed
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards of practice
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and outcomes

```Experience```
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from an accredited school of pharmacy
- Current state pharmacist license in good standing
- Completion of a pharmacy residency program (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and pharmacotherapy principles
- Experience in pediatrics, pain management, acute care, or emergency room settings (preferred)
- Proficiency in aseptic technique for sterile compounding
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team
