Pharmacist

Responsibilities:
- Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently
- Provide medication counseling to patients regarding proper usage, potential side effects, and drug interactions
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans
- Conduct patient assessments to ensure appropriate medication therapy
- Monitor patients' response to medication therapy and make necessary adjustments
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards
- Educate patients on the safe use of medications
- Stay updated on the latest developments in pharmacy practice

Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a licensed Pharmacist
- Experience in a hospital or clinical setting preferred
- Proficiency in acute pain management, pediatrics, ER, critical care, and aseptic technique
- Strong knowledge of anatomy and pharmacology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
