Responsibilities:
- Dispense medications accurately and efficiently
- Review medication orders for appropriateness and potential drug interactions
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
- Provide drug information to patients, healthcare providers, and staff
- Monitor patient medication therapy for effectiveness and adverse effects
- Conduct medication therapy management and patient counseling
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Stay updated on the latest developments in pharmacy practice

Requirements:
- Current state pharmacist license in good standing
- Excellent understanding of anatomy, physiology, and pharmacology
- Experience in patient assessment and utilization review
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in medication dispensing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Pay: $55.29 - $66.58 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
