Job Description
Medivant Healthcare is a new fully automated injectable manufacturing & outsourcing (503B) facility based in Phoenix, AZ. The company manufactures single dose liquid injectable vials for sales to hospitals around the country. Company focuses on molecules and products that are on FDA’s shortage list. Current molecules being sold to hospitals are Sterile water, Sodium Chloride, Lidocaine, Bupivacaine and a few more. Company will be expanding its range to 15 molecules by end of the year. We have an opening for Pharmaceutical Field Sales Representative positions.
- Location: Portland, Oregon.
- Schedule: F/T: Monday through Friday, more details upon interview
- Requirement: Field sales experience, Sales experience selling to IDNs and Hospital Pharmacies.
- Pay: $100-$150K with uncapped commission.
Requirements
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
- Utilize CRM system, SOPs, and Quality tools to enter data, analyze information and communicate with customers.
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling & visit to doctor’s offices.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
- Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports.
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
- Continuously improve through feedback.
- Analyze accounts for existing account order history, growth and losses and contact accounts to inquire status.
- Document conversations related to key influencers and buyers at facilities.
- Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential new accounts.
Requirements:
- Pharmaceutical Field Sales experience.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Must have reliable cell phone & car. Expenses will be reimbursed as per company policy.
