Role Summary:
The Account Manager will be responsible for promoting our client's Buy and Bill products to Community Oncology practices.
• Achieve territory sales expectations for promoted products
• Maintain company, client employee compliance policies and procedures.
• Identify and build relationships with key decision makers and health care providers.
• Other responsibilities as needed
Primary Activities
• Promote Buy and Bill products to Oncology practices.
• Launch new products
• Engage decision makers, shorten the buying cycle, and generate new orders.
• Implement strategies and programs.
Education and Experience:
Required:
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
• A minimum of 2+ years of successful pharmaceutical sales
• Proof of COVID 19 Vaccination Required at time of hire
• Representatives visiting facilities in the District of Columbia, City of Chicago, State of Nevada, or Jackson Memorial Health in Miami-Dade County may be required to obtain a license to detail/sell in those areas. (This can be removed)
• Valid driver's license with a safe driving record
• Ability to travel as needed within territory required (including overnight and/or weekend, and occasional air travel
• Willingness to travel to work related meetings and functions (including overnight and/or weekend)
• Successful completion of client training is required.
• Representatives may be required to submit and maintain required credentials such as requests for vaccination information, trainings, adherence to HCP/Community Practice policies, and other job-related documentation, to gain compliant access to healthcare providers. (removed hospital)
Preferred:
• 3 or more years of specialty sales experience
• Oncology/oncology supportive care
• Buy and bill experience
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Intellectual curiosity
• Effective selling skills including ability to utilize probing questions.
• Demonstrate ethical and strong compliance knowledge to work in a regulated industry
• Effective communication and influencing skills.

Additional compensation include additional bonus potential.
