We are looking for new sitters to join our amazing team of pet lovers! **We have multiple OPEN positions across our Eastern Main Line serving area of Villanova to Bala Cynwyd. All positions start as part time and can steadily build.

- This can be a crazy, fast-paced ever changing type of job where one day’s schedule is rarely the same as another (actually appealing to many who dread monotony). To that end, I make it as easy as possible by utilizing an awesome software program that has all of our scheduling, pet care data, and your pay synced into one easy to understand system.

Requirements:

- Have a passion for working with animals. You are not just looking for "a job" but are specifically wanting to work with animals long term.

- Own a reliable, insured vehicle

- Live on or bordering the Eastern Main Line. **Very little of Philadelphia is going to be close enough.

- Have a flexible schedule. Availability is required for daily dog walking Mon.-Fri. as well as some other time frames between 7am-10pm on an as needed basis.

- Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed.

- Be looking for LONG TERM work. You should not already have an end in sight due to a move, school, another job, etc. Commitment of at least 1 year required. **This is not an appropriate option for someone looking for a temporary job to tide them over if what they usually do is not currently an option

- Be able to handle several hours of walking a day in ANY weather, including when it’s snowing, very hot & humid etc. Additionally some pulling, standing, lifting etc.

- Be very detail oriented. We don't just "walk the dog". We're handling feeding, meds, bringing in mail and paper, rotating lights, setting out trash, watering plants, etc. These tasks need to be remembered and tended to reliably.

- Have excellent customer service skills that will shine through in both your note writing and when meeting with clients.

- Have a very strong work ethic, show passion and enthusiasm for your work, rarely call out, and be extremely reliable.

- Be available for live in house sitting for clients -- could be anywhere from one night to 2 weeks. Preferred for each open position but not required. This pays at a flat rate starting at $80/day.
