Pet Groomer

Job Summary

AnimaLodge Pet Resort has an opening for a talented Pet Stylist. We are full-service pet care facility which offers lodging, doggy daycare, and grooming. We operate in conjunction with Laurel East Veterinary Service.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual who loves pets and can provide outstanding customer service.

We are seeking an individual with an entrepreneurial spirit to help grow the grooming part of our business.

Responsibilities and Duties

• The Pet Stylist must be proficient in grooming all breeds of dogs and cats.
• Be available to work weekdays and Saturdays.
• Have outstanding client communication skills.
• Maintain a clean, well organized work area.
• Interact well with a diverse staff of co-workers.
• Assist management in growing the grooming business (promotions, advertising, etc.)
• We provide tables, tubs, and dryers. The groomer is responsible for their own equipment.

Benefits

This position pays on commission. This is a part-time position, with the potential to move to full-time.
