Now offering Health insurance, 401k and bonus programs. K9 Resorts is a professional dog Resort seeking enthusiastic, fun and hard working Customer Service Professionals to join our growing team. Full time and Part time positions available. Max hourly rate includes Bonus Potential.

• We are a top-of-the-line dog resort and daycare looking for Pet Care Professional who are passionate dog enthusiasts, and want to provide stellar service to our human and dog clients.
• You will be responsible for providing world class service to all our customers, human and dog alike, and have a thorough knowledge of each of our products/services.
• An attention to detail and strong work ethic is of the utmost importance.
• Must be a confident pack leader and have basic knowledge of dog behavior
• Exceptional communication and listening skills are required. This position spends the most time in direct contact with our furry friends and work tasks will include feeding, cleaning and daycare management.
• A positive attitude and ability to handle multiple challenges at once is a must, as is the ability to learn quickly.
• Previous experience is preferred but not required.
• Some weekend and holiday hours are required.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• You will need to support the mission and goals of the business, assuring that all four-legged guests are cared for as if they were your own pets.
• You will oversee daycare/play groups, ensure that our building is always clean and presentable, and provide service that exceeds customer expectations.
• You will need schedule flexibility and be available to step in and help with any tasks needed including assisting the Customer Service Professionals when needed.
• Your organization and attention to detail will help to ensure that all clients receive exceptional service!
