Responsibilities

• Inspection:Conduct thorough inspections of clients' properties to identify pestinfestations, entry points, and conducive conditions.
• Treatment:Apply appropriate Pest Control methods, including the safe use of pesticides,baits, traps, and exclusion techniques to eliminate or manage pest populations.
• Documentation:Maintain accurate records of all treatments, including the type andquantity of products used, areas treated, and any recommendations for clients.
• Client Communication:Interact professionally with clients, explaining pest issues,treatment plans, and preventive measures. Address their questions and concernseffectively.
• Safety:Follow all safety protocols and guidelines when handling pesticides andequipment, ensuring the well-being of yourself, your clients, and the environment.
• Continuous Learning:Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new Pest Control techniques,and safety regulations through ongoing training and education.
• Equipment Maintenance:Maintain and ensure the proper functioning of Pest Controlequipment and tools.
• Problem Solving:Troubleshoot and adapt treatment strategies as needed to addresschallenging pest issues effectively.
• Team Collaboration:Coordinate with colleagues and management to share insights,strategies, and best practices for efficient Pest Control service delivery.
• Customer Satisfaction:Strive for high levels of customer satisfaction by deliveringexceptional service, addressing concerns promptly, and providing valuable advice forlong-term pest prevention.

Job requirements

• Experience: 3+ years or more of Pest Control field experience
• NY 7A pesticide applicator or operator certification is preferred
• Clean Driver's License:Possession of a clean driver's license with a satisfactory drivingrecord (no recent history of automobile accidents)
• Time Management:Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively to completescheduled appointments and tasks promptly
• Punctuality:Consistently punctual and reliable in meeting work schedules and clientappointments
• Customer Communication:Exceptional communication skills to interact professionallywith clients, address inquiries, and guide on Pest Control matters
• Organizational Skills:Strong organizational abilities to maintain records, equipment, andmaterials in an orderly manner
• Neatness:Maintain a tidy and professional appearance while representing the company
• Weather Tolerance:Ability to work in varying weather conditions, including heat, rain, andcold
• Physical Strength: Capable of carrying a 40 to 60-lb backpack sprayer as part of the jobresponsibilities
• Ladder Use: Comfortable working on ladders, with none exceeding 20 feet in height
• Residence:Must reside within our designated service area
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
