Pest Control Technicianrequirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong Communication skills effectively through verbal, written and in person.
• Strong customer service and in-person presentation skills.
• Ability to lift to 80 lbs and be able to kneel and bend as necessary for a job.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate record keeping.
• Self-motivated.
• Valid Driver’s license with good driving record.
• Pass a background check, drug screen and physical exam.
• Pest Control experience preferred.

Pest Control Technicianduties:

• Manage a Pest Control route day to day operations.
• Conduct thorough interior and exterior inspections for pests.
• Communicate effective solutions for customer needs. One-time to continual maintenance.
• Provide estimates timely.
• Apply pesticides according to schedule, Safety procedures and Label instructions.
• Safe and efficient setting and removal of rodent traps, wasp, hornet, and bees’ nests.
• Maintain inventory of pesticides, and all supplies needed to perform daily duties.
• Continually build your knowledge of Pest Control inspection processes, procedures, and methods.
• Respond to routine customer questions and concerns promptly.
• Assist with generating new sales leads.
• Any other Pest Control Technician duties assigned by Manager.
